On behalf of my family and myself we cannot express enough gratitude to Marc Sinnott. Our family was offered the opportunity to relocate to Los Angeles from New York, after my wife, Susanna Sorrentino, was hired as a physician by Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. Marc Sinnott was primarily tasked with handling my often-demanding personality, and he handled the situation with ease and aplomb. Working in conjunction with us, Marc prepared spreadsheets of possible properties, provided maps of each area with proximity to schools and shopping, and previewed each location before my big trip to secure a home.

Upon my arrival in Los Angeles for what would be a marathon house hunting tour, Marc arranged dozens of showings in multiple locations, both during the day and evenings. He made himself available to me during my entire trip, making last minute changes and visits to many homes and showing me around the entire area. He exhibited infinite patience and a depth of knowledge of each community. After leaving LA without having secured a home, Marc proceeded to assist us via video tours of many additional homes over a multi-week period, providing a complete “boots on the ground” service and our eyes and ears in our communities of interest. After an exhaustive search, we finally secured our home with Marc’s help in preparing the lease and conducting all negotiations.

We have dealt with multiple real estate professionals in the past, but the service we received from Marc tops the list. We were never pressured to take a property that did not suit us, and he has offered to help us in receiving materials and obtaining the keys to our new place as we make our cross-country trek. I am so glad we were directed to Marc Sinnott for our real estate needs.
